Accommodation Terms & Condition

• The complimentary one-night stay in Grande Room voucher will be valid for 12 months as of the first day of the membership. It expires afterwards regardless if a membership continues or ends. It cannot be accumulated nor carried forward to next period of membership. The member cannot exchange the voucher for cash or any other service.
• All reservations are on request and subject to availability. In case of high occupancy, the requested date (s) may not be available.
• All accommodation vouchers are valid for a maximum 2 adults and 1 child under twelve (12) years old, using the same room and bed.
• The complimentary one-night stay in Grande Room voucher is non-transferable and valid for Thai and foreign nationals with registered residency in Thailand only.
• Reservations must be made 48 hours before arrival through The Grande Club office.
• Complimentary nights are recorded and managed by The Grande Club office. No physical voucher is issued, as all records are maintained directly in our system.

Referral Benefit
• "Member Get Member" - Refer a friend and receive THB 1,000 credit per successful referral. 

Renewal Benefits

• Early Bird Renewal: Receive THB 2,000 credit when renewing your Grande Club Membership within 60 days prior to the start of the membership expiry month.

• Standard Renewal: Receive THB 1,000 credit when renewing within the same calendar month as the membership expiry.

Note: Only one renewal benefit can be applied per renewal cycle.

Spending Bonus
• For every THB 10,000 spent on food, beverage, or spa treatments (after discounts, excluding tax and service charge), members receive a THB 1,000 credit. (Valid for spending on items discounted at 30% or less; payments must be made without using The Grande Club credit.)
